Bullet Train Movie Review

Are you looking for an action-packed movie with a stacked cast and amazing aesthetics? Then Bullet Train on Prime Video is the perfect movie for you!

This movie is filled with action that is diffused with comedic elements and lines mixed in, providing the perfect mixture of suspense and laughter. There is even a celebrity appearance by Bad Bunny.

Bullet Train follows the characters, who exclusively use code names, Ladybug (Brad Pitt), Lemon (Brian Tyree Henry), Tangerine (Aaron Taylor-Johnson), The Prince (Joey King), and Yuichi Kimura (Andrew Koji), who all pursue the criminal empire leader, The White Death.

The film’s plot is about five assassins all with different motives but all after the same thing: the briefcase. While on the fast-moving bullet train, the characters go through different rooms and cross paths, realizing that their goals are intertwined. Murders, secrets, and double-crossings are uncovered while each team of characters tries to complete their mission.

As we follow these characters through the action, we see all of their individual motives and how exactly all of their stories are intertwined.

Without spoiling too much, it is safe to say that everything connects, and each scene has a purpose. The storytelling through the characters was done and revealed amazingly as the movie continues.

The movie, solely taking place on the train, has amazing aesthetics as well; the multi-colored train sections are gawking-worthy, as is the cast!

Everything about this movie is the textbook definition of perfection. While violent, it is most definitely worth your while, coming in at two hours and six minutes, so get ready to clear your schedule to sit and take in all the amazing aspects of this movie.
