
Scattered throughout the school there are many students who have concerns for their midterms and many who have never even taken midterms. 6. Try to limit your screen time while doing work. While doing an assignment it’s optimal to avoid using your phone to create the most efficient homework session.
7. Get sufficient sleep. Although many things may interfere, getting enough sleep is necessary for staying energized and focused on important things of your day.
8. Avoid procrastination by taking advantage of situations where work or studying can be done.
9. Accept help. Sometimes in certain situations that are too difficult to handle, it’s ideal to accept help from a friend, teacher, or staying after school to participate in STAR tutoring.
10. Make more friends. Try to recognize people you see on a frequent basis to create companionship.This lowers pressure and stress that school creates as well as bring someone into your life that can help you.
