FLHS C/O 2025 is College Bound!

As we are approaching the new year, the Flying L’s senior class of 2025 is starting to decide on their post-graduation plans! The Navigator will be actively updating this page as students commit to a school.

Tannar Keenan

Tannar will be attending the University of Pennsylvania to play D1 softball.

“I always dreamt of playing softball at the collegiate level, but also wanted to ensure I would be receiving a great education. When Penn’s offer came it was a no brainer to me, between the academics, athletics,and coaching staff I was sold. I am looking forward to being challenged in an extremely rigorous environment and becoming the best version of myself. As well as finding out new interests of mine that will then lead me to my future occupation.”


Quinn McFadden

Quinn will be attending Lynn University to play D2 softball.

“I chose Lynn because of the environment I will be living in. The positive people who are always helping out around campus, the athletes who all get together to do community service, and it also helps that it’s a beautiful campus along with being near the beach!! What I’m most excited for post grad is to meet new people, learn a new outlook on life, and just be somewhere new.”


Cailey Herman

Cailey will be attending the University of Central Florida and plans to major in Biology-Zoology and take the Pre-Veterinarian Science track.

“The second I stepped on campus I felt like I was at home. It’s a great location being that it’s only three hours from where I live and they have an equestrian program I’ve been interested since I’ve applied. I’m looking forward to meeting new people and once I graduate I’m excited to see where my life takes me!!!”


Anthony Figueroa-Garcia

Anthony will be attending the University of South Florida and plans to major in Cybersecurity.

“The school has so much to offer to help the future I want to achieve, I’m especially excited [moving to] a completely new city!”



Lola Rodgers

Lola will be attending the University of Florida and plans to major in Construction Management.

“I chose UF because it is an incredible school that I know will best set me up for a successful future. From the first time I stepped on campus, I knew it was where I wanted to be for these next 4 years. I am so excited to meet new people and experience game days in the Swamp!”


Samantha Price

Samantha will be attending the University of Florida and plans to major in Public Relations.

“I chose UF because it has the best balance of academics and school spirit. I am very excited for these next 4 years and for all the opportunities being a gator will bring me. I also can’t wait to make new friends! Go Gators!”


Nikita Leskovykh

Nikita will be attending the University of Florida and plans to dual major in Biology and Philosophy.

“Going to UF will provide me with incredible opportunities for academic growth, a vibrant campus life, and a network of lifelong connections like no other school. I am honored to be a part of this community and meet other great Gators!”


Tanner Martin

Tanner will be attending the University of Florida and plans to major in Music Business & Entrepreneurship with a focus on guitar.

“I chose UF because it provides quality and financially accessible music education. The thriving music community at UF will allow me to continue my growth as an artist and performer. I am most looking forward to the lively music festivals and performing at them, along with getting to meet like-minded individuals.”


Natalia Sorbo

Natalia will be attending Florida State University and plans to major in Business Administration with a minor in Marketing.

“I am so excited to go to Florida State University for summer term. It has an amazing business program that I will apply to after I get my AA. FSU has always been a top choice for me because of the engaging student life and beautiful campus. Go Noles!!”


Carleigh Tripp

Carleigh will be attending the University of Miami and plans to major in Exercise Physiology.

“I was accepted into the University of Miami for fall of 2025. I’m majoring in exercise physiology as I love fitness and nutrition and want to learn more about it. I’m excited to continue my journey as a Miami Hurricane!!”


Sofia Ortiz

Sofia will be attending the University of Florida and plans to major in Business Administration with a minor in design.

“I’m thrilled to follow in the footsteps of my role models by attending UF and making new connections. I’m excited to be part of a community so proud of who they are. I’m glad to start this new chapter of my life in such a positive environment. Go Gators!!”


Mariajose Guerrero

Mariajose Guerrero will be attending Jacksonville University and plans to major in Biology.


Sophia Villeda Merayo

Sophia Villeda Merayo will be attending the University of Florida and plans to major in Accounting.

“UF is my dream school and my top pick. Applying was nerve-wracking, but I knew it was the right choice for me. I want to become an accountant and earn my CPA, and UF seemed like the perfect place to do it. The professors are amazing, the campus life is top-notch, and networking with alumni made me realize that this was the kind of environment I wanted to be in. I was so nervous when decision day finally arrived, but when I saw the confetti, I felt like I could finally breathe. I’m so excited and happy to be a Gator! Go Gators, class of 2029!”


Hunter Pangia

Hunter will be attending the University of Florida and plans to major in Health Science.

“I didn’t choose the swamp, the swamp chose me. Go Gators!”


Zane Royer

Zane will be attending the University of South Florida and plans to play D1 football and major in Exercise Science.

“After an amazing visit at USF, I’ve decided that it’s the place for me because of how amazing the students and staff of the university were, and what they had to offer for me. I am excited to grow both as a student and an athlete here, GO BULLS!”


Krisztina Tolotii

Krisztina will be attending  The Massachusetts Institute of Technology and plans to major in Mechanical Engineering.

“No one expects to get into a place like MIT. I was shocked when I saw the update at 6:28 (tau time) saying “You’re adMITted.” I’m incredibly excited to go to an unapologetically nerdy place and meet and collaborate with brilliant people.”
